How do we handle refunds and returns?

All products are unique and produced only once ordered - this means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size/color/option is ordered. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

 

Damaged/defective product

A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.

Returns/exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
